Great hand pump! Simple pump was great to work with, very communicative and got the right pump for my application which wasn’t a typical application. Everything was machined perfectly and packaged well. The pump works fantastic! I feed all of my pets and chickens from the well to keep it circulated, and the simple pump makes it a quick and easy chore. My chicken waterer is 6.5 gallons and it only takes a couple minutes of pumping to fill. I use a 100’ water hose to reach all of the various places and it pumps it no problem! Thank you simple pump for this well crafted hand pump!

installation was easy, customer service was great, works like it should.the only con i see is that the pump handle assembly doesnt feel as if it would last for years of use, which they do offer a lifetime warrenty so that helps. over all i would recommend it

I’m 69 years old and installed the Simple Pump myself, I watched YouTube videos and read the installation instructions that came with all the parts. All parts are of the highest quality. The depth of drop pipe was 99 feet I did use a chain fall for dropping the last two drop pipes and pump tube head which made the tube head height adjustment very easy. If you have a second person you won’t need a chain fall. I now have cold clean water from my existing 6”well thanks to Simple Pump, if I lose electrical power because of a storm or power grid failure I have drinkable water thanks to Simple Pump. My pump is 13 years old and i needed to replace an o ring on the pump head. 13 years of use and in the elements it held on for a long time. No big deal. Well in 13 years part numbers have changed so I wasnt sure what o ring kit to get. Even though which kit I needed was well explained and laid out on the site I wasn't tracking. So i called. Steve, the owner, picked up and walked me through what I needed and took my order on the phone. Now some might think thats not so impressive but it is. Owner of a company taking 10 minutes to sell me a 25 dollar o ring kit when he could be talking to other customers making substantially larger purchases. That speaks volumes in this company's level of care and support for old customers and new ones. Not out to just make big sales but to take care of everyone. As far as the pump, in 13 years I can hook the handle to the head and in 4 strokes have water pouring out even after 3 months of not being touched on a 200ft well.
