Where do I start with Simple Pump's customer service?

Should I begin by explaining the outstanding customer service you’ll get when you’re consulting them to figure out the best pump for your application?

I hesitate to say that, you see, because “outstanding service” is an understatement at best. And while I hate to insult them with such a paltry compliment, I don’t know if the words to describe the service you’ll get from these guys have even been invented yet.

When I had a question, it wasn’t just answered; it was examined, explored, and then put to bed with the comfort of expertise and competence. What does that mean, you ask? When I had a question, two pros, Brian and Michael, were right on it. You see, I dealt with them both, as they each took the time to weigh in on my needs and make sure what they suggested would work best.

You simply can’t ask for more than that, right?

Wrong. Introducing Steve, another seasoned pro who jumped on the phone and gave me multiple calls to discuss options, always making sure that I had any contingencies covered, as well as going out of his way to optimize shipping and reduce costs. I didn’t ask him to do that, by the way. That’s just how these guys roll. They’re better than you and me.

Oh, and the price of the Simple Pump that’s performance shines above the rest? Best in town, all day long. Try all you want, you can’t do better than calling these pros.

Bottom line: if you want the best pump at the best price with the best service imaginable, then call the guys at Simple Pump.

It’s a no brainer. If you end up elsewhere, you should get your head examined.
